All prices are final and there are no hidden fees.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Customers can make payments on this website for (and only for) services provided by Company “Balkanski Centar Doo”. This website is not selling any physical goods.
Method for payment is Payment Card. Cards brands accepted are: Visa, Master Card/Maestro, AmericanExpress and Dina Card. Other payment methods are not provided on this website.
After receiving the payment, according to the previously made agreement, the ordered service will be performed.

Complaints and Return policy

Customers can send Complaints to Customer Service e-mail address: office@bcentar.com, or contact Customer Service via phone: +381 60 5001670. After receiving your complaint, it will be considered and within 3 business days of filing a complaint, the customer will be informed of the outcome of the advertising process.

In the case of returning goods and recovering funds to the buyer who previously paid to one of them payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, bcentar.com is obliged to make a refund exclusively via Visa, Master Card/Maestro, AmericanExpress and Dina Card payment method, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will make a refund to the card user.
