Virtual office – headquarter rent, post forwarding – from 50 EUR/month + tax 10 EUR/month
Interested clients we provide a package of virtual office services:
- virtual business address for registration of your company in strict center of city Novi Sad in Mite Ruzica 1 street
- receiving and forwarding complete incoming mail in the name of your company. We are forwarding mails scanned or physically via regular/fast post.
We can send scanned post to multiple email addresses which you define. We have software which ensures that all post is sent to all defined recipients every time. We save originals of your post in one folder at our location.
*Deposit for virtual office
When a firm has debts and loses a lawsuit for that debts, bailiffs can come to the address of the firm’s headquarters and list items at the firm’s address to sell and collect the debt the firm has incurred. For this reason, clients who rent our virtual office should sign our authorization to change the address of the company. In the event that the client does not pay or there is an obvious risk from bailiffs, we have the right to move the address from our address. A deposit of 50 euros is used to cover the costs of changing the address of the company.
